The P.F. Chang's Marathon is Coming to Town

One of my assignments today was to trace the marathon route and take pictures of things the runners might be able to key off of while running the upcoming marathon.

This horse statue at Thomas and 44th St. in Phoenix marks the half-way point of the 26-mile run between the starting line at the State Capitol in Phoenix and the finish line at Sun Devil Stadium in Tempe.

wow I feel like thats more of a horse than I ever wanted to see . . .

I agree with Deanna. I think that statue is just a little too anatomically correct for my liking...

Yeah, I agree about the family jewels on the horse. This statue is literally walking distance from my house, and this also reminds me of the terrible traffic I will be facing very soon...
